Donald and Mary

Donald and Mary were deeply devoted to their community. In 2007, Donald passed away, but prior to his death, he met with his attorney and created the Donald J Tigue Living Trust strategically set up so, at the time of his death, his beloved wife, Mary became the sole trustee of the Trust.

At this time, the trust was divided into two shares; The Donald J Tigue Marital Trust and The Donald J Tigue Living Trust. Mary served as the trustee of both shares.

Upon Donald's death, Mary retired after many years of service from Thatcher Glass Company and continued her involvement in the community, including being a long-time communicant of St. Peter & Paul Church.

Mary died on June 4th, 2022 leaving varying amounts of her estate to her and late husband's agreed upon favorite charities. Among them were The Falck Cancer Center and Arnot Health as they believed fiercely in quality healthcare in their local community and had personally benefited from the care they received at our facilities.

Their true legacy was left in their generosity throughout their lifetime. With a well-orchestrated plan Donald and Mary successfully set up with their attorney, they were able to leave a legacy for generations to come.
